NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on January 14th, 2025, and pursuant to Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 22-29-201, the Board of Directors of Laramie County Fire District No. 1, a Wyoming Special District, has declared a VACANCY on the said Board of Directors. The Board will fill this vacancy by appointment at its next regular meeting, to be held on March 11, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.
All qualified electors of the Special District who have an interest in appointment to this vacant seat must submit a Letter of Interest detailing the reasons they seek appointment and their qualifications for the office no later than 5:00 p.m. on March  11th, 2025. Such letters may be presented in person or by mail to the Laramie County Fire District No. 1 administrative offices, located at 207 East Allison Road, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82007. Please note that any Letters of Interest submitted by mail must arrive no later than the date and time specified herein.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION AND INVITATION FOR SEALED BIDS

            TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, TAKE NOTE-Laramie County Fire District No. 1 is accepting sealed bids for the sale of a Capabilities/Functions: Matrice 210 V2 with Hazmat Package including: Thermal imaging with XT2 and 30X zoom with Zenmuse Z30, Mapping and Manual flights, air monitoring, radiation detection and all associated accessories: landing pad, tripod, tv, recording, and other. Interested parties may address sealed bids to Elise Thibodeau. All sealed bids must be delivered to the Laramie County Fire District No. 1 administrative offices located at 207 East Allsion Road, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82007. Bids will be opened on March 11, 2025, at 6:00 o’clock p.m. The District reserves the right to reject all bids pursuant to Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 15-1-112. The responsible bidder, if any, who submits the highest acceptable bid shall convey payment in full via certified check or in cash immediately following the public auction, and shall take possession of and remove the vehicle from District property immediately after conveying payment.
